What changed for the organisations we build systems for, in their words and their numbers.
We began with fundraising, giving RSPCA NSW one place for supporters, donations and campaigns rather than a set of tools that each held part of the picture.
That foundation made the next step possible. We built out their programs capability on the same platform, so the work of caring for animals sat alongside the work of funding it.
Then we partnered with them to build AnimalOS, a product shaped by how a working shelter actually operates. It is now being rolled out to other animal welfare organisations, in partnership with RSPCA NSW.

We implemented fundraising for Greenpeace and then rolled the same platform out across their Australian, South Korean and Taiwanese branches.
A rollout across three countries is rarely a copy and paste exercise. Each branch has its own supporters, its own payment methods and its own way of working, so the build had to hold a common core while flexing at the edges.
Australia
Initial implementation
South Korea
Extended to local requirements
Taiwan
Same core, local adaptation
We built a national case management solution covering Save the Children's different programs, so work happening in one part of the organisation is visible and reportable alongside the rest.
Programs that once each kept their own records now share a common structure, which means outcomes can be understood across the organisation rather than program by program.
One national solution
Shared structure across every program
Case management
Participants, plans and outcomes in one place
Reporting
Evidence across the organisation, not per program
We built aged care and NDIS capabilities for Health Care Australia using Maica alongside Salesforce Field Service, serving thousands of clients.
At that volume the detail matters. Scheduling, rostering, service delivery and claiming all have to hold together, because a gap in any one of them shows up as a missed visit or an unpaid claim.

Both funding worlds on one platform
